Served by Chef aka Sifu by your table, with those flour wraps, spring onions, and real peking sauce (not hoi sin sauce)....that's Luk Ming Chun aka Spring Deer! By the way, they serve 高力豆沙 Go-Lik-Dou-Sa ("WaiSik"s and bubblebear's favorite) yum!
