


Next post (hello? anybody home? am I talking to myself?) comes our favorite (bubble-bear and "wai"-sik's) egglettes!
Even though us californians get spoiled with having some HK eateries around us, there's nothing...nothing compared to the egglettes (and "woon jai chi", or cup-o-shark-fin) from HK.
To commenmorate and declare our love for Hong Kong street food, here's my tribute to this specialized egglette store: 雞蛋仔專門店
日賣一千底! 雞蛋仔每日朝 11晚 12不停出爐, 雞蛋仔口味夠多。 原味、朱古力、香芋、士多啤梨、芝士,在旺角算 No.1。款式也動過腦筋,雞蛋仔加入食材在其中,增加咬口;香芋加熟了的香芋粒;朱古力加朱古力粒,芝士則加芝士粒。最罕見是芝士味,外層尚算香脆,咬開裏面吃到半溶芝士,像吃迷你芝士蛋糕,新鮮感十足。
